The MicroTurn LTBS mill turn is the combination of a submicron finishing precision turning center with dual spindles, a 12-station turret with live-tools, and a full 5-axis machining center with rotating 12,000 rpm B-axis milling spindle.

Our unique design produces the highest level of production and precision in one machine. This sophisticated design makes it possible to perform soft turning, hard turning, and micro-finishing due to extremely low thermal growth utilizing the rigid bed-mounted linear slide.

All linear and rotary axis are equipped with linear scales.

It’s difficult to find another machine on the market of similar precision and capability within a small 10′ x 10′ x 10′ footprint.
